Tandem is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring fair customer treatment and outcomes within the Operations team. The ideal candidate will support the Operations Manager in achieving departmental service levels while upholding company standards and regulatory obligations. This is a hybrid role based in Chester-Le-Street.
The role involves:
Building trust with customers by providing tailored information and managing inbound communication related to servicing and arrears.
Ensuring accurate issuance of regulatory documentation.
Identifying and referring issues requiring specialist handling.
Handling customer complaints, investigating, and resolving them fairly.
Supporting vulnerable customers and addressing their specific needs.
Proactively managing arrears and negotiating repayment solutions.
Conducting Income and Expenditure assessments based on TCF principles.
Ensuring compliance with Company standards, FCA regulations, and customer treatment principles.
Maintaining competence through ongoing training and staying updated on regulatory changes.
Contributing to company objectives, promoting fair customer outcomes.
