Temporal Technologies, a company shaping the future of application development, is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their Growth team. This role is based in San Francisco, California, and focuses on driving revenue within large enterprise organizations. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, develop account strategies, and build long-term customer relationships.What This Role Involves:
  • Owning and managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Developing and executing account strategies to expand Temporal’s footprint.
  • Engaging with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Partnering with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams.
  • Innovating and adapting sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success navigating and closing deals within large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience driving high-growth sales motions within enterprise accounts.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based sales models.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for technology and solving complex customer challenges.
