Job Description
Temporal Technologies is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join their New Logo team. This role is based in Austin, TX, and focuses on driving revenue within large enterprise organizations. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, develop strategic sales plans, and engage with technical stakeholders to promote Temporal's solutions.
What This Role Involves:
- Owning and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Engaging with software engineers and technical stakeholders.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects.
- Partnering with customer success and product teams.
- Identifying and capturing high-value opportunities.
- Innovating and adapting sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of selling to technical decision-makers.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations.
- Success in driving high-growth sales motions.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Success in achieving revenue goals.
- Familiarity with developer tools or infrastructure products.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for technology and solving customer challenges.
