Client Management – Senior Vice President

Job Description

iCapital is seeking a Senior Vice President to join its iCapital Solutions team. This role focuses on managing relationships with existing enterprise wealth clients, ensuring the effective delivery and execution of iCapital's offerings across various asset classes. The Senior Vice President will collaborate with other departments to provide customized solutions and high-quality client service. They will also partner with the Business Development team to identify new expansion opportunities within existing clients. This position requires a technically skilled individual capable of supporting iCapital’s full suite of solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and strengthening relationships with wealth managers.
• Driving enterprise adoption of the technology platform and infrastructure.
• Promoting a consultative approach to deepen and expand current relationships.
• Serving as a primary touchpoint for strategic wealth management clients.
• Assisting with identifying new revenue streams within existing clients.
• Driving day-to-day engagement with Enterprise Wealth clients.
• Collaborating with Client Management associates to drive tactical and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications include:

• 15+ years of experience in a technical relationship management capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments.
• Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms.
• Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth technology platforms.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Passion for client service and exceeding client expectations.
• Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated client service skills and ability to manage enterprise relationships.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses (preferred).
