Job Description
iCapital is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Managing Directors in their New York and tri-state area offices. The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior team members, including Managing Directors and Managing Partners, providing comprehensive administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars with high detail, coordinating and prioritizing tasks.
- Arranging complex travel plans.
- Processing expense reports.
- Formatting internal and external communications.
- Facilitating special requests and contributing to last-minute ideas.
- Supporting fellow executive assistants as needed.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate college degree.
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience working with senior level management.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience managing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience scheduling global travel.
- Team player.
- Comfort operating within a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to provide executive support beyond typical work hours.
