Job Description
iCapital is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Managing Directors in their New York and tri-state area offices. The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior team members, including Managing Directors and Managing Partners, providing comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing calendars with high detail, coordinating and prioritizing tasks.
  • Arranging complex travel plans.
  • Processing expense reports.
  • Formatting internal and external communications.
  • Facilitating special requests and contributing to last-minute ideas.
  • Supporting fellow executive assistants as needed.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate college degree.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience working with senior level management.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience managing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience scheduling global travel.
  • Team player.
  • Comfort operating within a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to provide executive support beyond typical work hours.

  • Base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000.
