Job Description
Vercel is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in managing the post-sales experience for Enterprise customers, focusing on driving business value through Vercel's solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with developers, particularly in frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and modern application deployment.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive greater business value for them by bringing Vercel's best ideas, innovations, and capabilities to those customers.
Role Involves:
- Managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers.
- Aligning Vercel solutions with customer business strategies.
- Leading customers through training and adoption of best practices.
- Guiding customers through their journey and driving adoption.
- Enabling customers to use Vercel's solutions effectively.
- Prioritizing account portfolio for retention and growth.
- Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Facilitating Executive Business Reviews.
- Building and maintaining account plans.
- Acting as the Voice of the Customer.
- Partnering with the Sales team to identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in B2B / SaaS.
- Experience owning post-sales success for Developer Tools, Infrastructure, and/or Open Source products.
- Experience managing Enterprise accounts and maintaining relationships with developers to C-suite level.
- Proficiency with Front-end web development libraries and frameworks.
- Strong collaboration mindset & capabilities.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, deployment pipeline, and the SDLC process.
- Comfortable managing accounts with varying requirements.
- Demonstrable self-starter, curious, and solution focused.
- Strong initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to learn technical concepts.
