Pro Executive

Vercel is seeking a Pro Executive to support Pro customers. This role combines elements of Account Executive, SDR, CS Representative, and Sales Engineer positions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about web technologies and deeply versed in Next.js and Vercel's offerings.What This Role Involves:

• Optimizing configurations for Pro customers.
• Recommending changes to improve site performance.
• Positioning the benefits of different Vercel plans and products.
• Providing technical guidance and support.
• Acting as a bridge between customers and Vercel's product team.

Requirements:

• Deep technical understanding of web technologies, particularly Next.js and Vercel's platform.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical, sales, or customer support role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Passion for web development.
