Job Description
Goodnotes is seeking a Community Manager and Support to engage with Chinese-speaking users. This role involves serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries via RED and WeChat, engaging with Chinese social media, and analyzing common issues to improve the help center. The Community Manager will also represent customer feedback in product meetings and lead projects to enhance customer support processes.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via RED and WeChat.
  • Engage effectively with Chinese social media and online communities.
  • Analyze frequently encountered issues and document effective solutions in our help center.
  • Initiate and lead projects to enhance our customer support processes.
  • Represent customer feedback and insights in product meetings.
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in Chinese and working proficiency in English (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with RED, WeChat and other Chinese social media platforms and trends.
  • Proven experience in providing technical customer support for consumer products.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong interest in software and hardware technologies.
  • Expertise in using iOS, Android, and/or Windows products.
  • Genuine passion for assisting and resolving customer issues.
  • Must be based in China.
