Job Description
Workato is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to scale its Asia region and sales team. The ideal candidate will lead a regional team of Commercial Account Executives, taking responsibility for the go-to-market vision, strategy, and execution in Asia. This role involves supporting business opportunities, actively engaging with focus partners, and overseeing the performance of Account Executives. The Commercial Sales Manager will also contribute to team growth through recruiting, hiring, and development strategies, while iterating on the sales cycle and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead a regional team of Commercial AEs
  • Take full responsibility for the Go-to-market vision, strategy and execution in Asia
  • Help and support in business opportunities on the customer side
  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of individual Account Executives
  • Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies
  • Iterate upon the sales cycle for AEs
  • Build on our culture of continuous improvement and role based learning
  • Proven track record of scaling a software business in the Asia market
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a country/region quota
  • Passion for mentoring Account Executives
