Workato is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join their Agentic AI team. This role involves cross-selling the Agentic Platform to existing customers and acquiring new clients. The Senior Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, and post-sales growth.Responsibilities include:
Understanding the Workato platform and Agentic/AI solutions.
Discovering customer needs and requirements.
Building trust with champions in accounts.
Staying informed to be a credible authority to customers.
Collaborating with a distributed team and traveling 10-20% for meetings.
Requirements include:
5-10 years of experience in a closing role, preferably in a startup or scaleup environment.
Experience with GenAI and Agents.
Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior executives.
Proven track record of performance and problem-solving.
