Job Description
Workato is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join their Agentic AI team. This role involves cross-selling the Agentic Platform to existing customers and acquiring new clients. The Senior Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, and post-sales growth.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Understanding the Workato platform and Agentic/AI solutions.
  • Discovering customer needs and requirements.
  • Building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Staying informed about industry trends.
  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams.
  • Occasional travel (10-20%) for meetings.
    Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of closing experience, preferably in a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Knowledge of GenAI and Agents.
  • Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior executives.
  • Proven track record of performance and problem-solving.
  • Ruthless curiosity and a drive for deep customer understanding.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Accountability for results and a competitive mindset.
