Job Description
C6 Bank is seeking a Platform Engineering Specialist to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on optimizing the developer experience and enhancing technology teams' efficiency. The specialist will contribute to the evolution of the Kubernetes-based infrastructure and Service Mesh.
Role involves:
- Evolving and operating Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Service Mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) for observability, security, and traffic control.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to improve the development experience.
- Automating build, deploy, and test processes.
- Contributing to the standardization of development environments and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Kubernetes at scale.
- Experience with process automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Node.js).
- Experience with high availability and mission-critical environments.
- Experience with platforms like GKE, EKS, AKS, OpenShift.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation (IaC), CI/CD, and GitOps.
- Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
- Passion for technology and providing an excellent experience for development teams.
