Job Description
Packlink is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their team in Madrid. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to the French market, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's growth in Europe. Packlink is a leading shipping services company operating in 10 countries.

Responsibilities:
  • Attending live chats and phone calls to assist customers.
  • Supporting the sales team with customer service-related queries.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  • Providing friendly and professional service via various communication channels.
  • Identifying and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Composing thoughtful and accurate message responses.
  • Proactively meeting customer service KPIs.


Requirements:
  • Native or proficient in French.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics.
  • Familiarity with online customer service platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle complaints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and a quick learner.
  • Flexibility in organizing workload and shifts.
