LearnUpon is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days per week in the Salt Lake City office. LearnUpon is a global company with offices in Dublin, Belgrade, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, and Sydney, providing a learning management system (LMS) that helps organizations train employees, partners, and customers.The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying inquiries and proactively creating opportunities through outbound prospecting. The role involves determining if LearnUpon's product is a good fit for potential customers and scheduling introductions to Account Executives.What this role involves:
  • Developing and improving processes for the Sales Development team.
  • Identifying and understanding the business requirements of potential customers.
  • Being friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in interactions.
  • Scheduling and managing initial qualification calls.
  • Understanding and conveying the value of LearnUpon's LMS.
  • Maintaining accurate account information in the CRM system.
  • Managing outbound prospecting processes.
  • Suggesting improvements to dominate the LMS market.
