Job Description
Axon is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join their team. This role is client-facing and involves leading and maturing professionally in a fast-paced business environment. The Sr. Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients and project teams to design and implement integrations that deliver value to public safety partners. They will also implement processes to ensure quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

The role involves:
  • Working as a client-facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team.
  • Analyzing IT system architectures for project scoping and system improvements.
  • Managing technical projects remotely and at client sites.
  • Engaging with client leadership to communicate project progress.
  • Identifying integration opportunities between agency systems and Axon’s products.
  • Recommending deployment plans for identified integrations.
  • Capturing requirements, implementing third-party solutions, and documenting technical capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 7+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions.
  • Expert networking knowledge and experience in managing technical projects.
  • Expert-level understanding of Linux frameworks and containerization platforms (Docker preferred).
  • Advanced understanding of cloud technologies and software development packages.
  • Advanced experience with APIs structures and systems integration (REST, SOAP).
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Java, and Cloud (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
