Job Description
Axon is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join their team. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering integrations that provide value to public safety partners. The Sr. Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients and project teams to architect solutions, implement processes to ensure quality and client satisfaction, and deliver technical services. This role reports to the Manager, Solutions Architect.
What this role involves:
- Working as a client-facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team.
- Analyzing IT system architectures for scoping technical projects.
- Managing technical projects remotely and at client sites.
- Identifying integration opportunities between agency systems and Axon’s products.
- Writing code to leverage API capabilities to optimize implementation tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions
- Expert networking knowledge and experience in managing technical projects
- Expert-level understanding of Linux frameworks
- Advanced understanding of cloud technologies
- Advanced experience with APIs structures and systems integration (REST, SOAP)
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Java, and Cloud (AWS and/or Azure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
