Job Description

Capco is seeking a Consultant for Operational Intelligence and Digital Transformation. The role is based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and offers a hybrid work model. The consultant will be responsible for developing and automating workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. He will create dynamic reports and management dashboards with Power BI, focused on risks and compliance. He will develop scripts and automations using Python to support data collection, analysis, and integration. He will integrate information with SAP through APIs and support digital innovation projects aimed at improving internal controls and compliance.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and automating workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Creating dynamic reports and dashboards with Power BI
  • Developing scripts and automations using Python
  • Integrating information with SAP through APIs
  • Supporting digital innovation projects
  • Mapping needs of the compliance team
  • Participating in risk mapping and supporting the digitalization of audit and compliance processes

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in the activities of the role
  • Executive presentation skills (PowerPoint and/or Canva)
  • MS Project proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI)
  • Process automation skills (Power Automate, VBA)
  • Experience in organizing corporate events and workshops
  • Internal communication skills (intranet, newsletters, corporate media)
  • Administrative management skills (headcount control, budget, agendas)
  • Knowledge in the economic and financial part
  • Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, Statistics or other related areas
  • Post-Graduation with a minimum workload of 360 hours in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Science, Big Data, Visual Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or other related areas
