Job Description

Capco is seeking a Test Analyst to join their expanding business in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will work on projects with major banking and insurance clients, contributing to significant transformations. The Test Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end testing, defining test strategies, designing test cases, and preparing testers for UAT. They should possess a strong understanding of application business areas and requirements, particularly within the banking environment.

Role Involves:

  • Defining Test Strategy & Test Plan documents
  • Designing test cases
  • Preparing testers for UAT
  • Managing user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Test planning, execution, and management
  • Defect tracking and test progress reporting
  • Coordination of SIT and UAT for multi-phased projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT Testing, SQL queries, Mantis, Data Migration
  • ISTQB Certified tester, Foundation level (CTFL)
  • Experience in Banking domain OR (Insurance / Financial Services industry) is highly preferred
  • Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese is a MUST
