Capco is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be based in Singapore. The HR Business Partner will manage all people-related issues, providing guidance and counsel to the business. The ideal candidate will be a true partner and consultant to business leaders and employees, possessing extensive HR business partnering and operational experience.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to the business and providing HR guidance.
- Driving the implementation of both regional and global people priorities.
- Acting as a point of contact and program manager for people tools, processes, initiatives, and projects.
- Coaching, training and guiding managers during the People performance and compensation processes.
- Overseeing payroll, benefits and employee onboarding experience.
- Designing company policies and procedures.
- Fostering a culture of inclusion.
- Analysing data trends and identifying emerging needs.
- Collaborating with the APAC HR Operations team to ensure efficient execution of HR processes and implement change as required.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years as a HR Business Partner
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the firm
- A data-driven approach with proven experience applying metrics to implement change in the business.
- An ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Experience in implementation of compensation and benefits programs
- A highly responsive and service-oriented approach with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- An ability to connect well with employees, with a high degree of empathy while being able to maintain a strong business orientation
- Good knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance in Singapore and the ability to apply those laws to our current and future employees
