Job Description

Capco is seeking a SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their team. The consultant will be responsible for the analysis, implementation, support, and evolution of financial and controlling processes within the SAP ECC environment. They will work on the configuration of the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring proper integration with other areas of the company. The consultant will also provide user support, lead improvement initiatives, and participate in implementation or rollout projects.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements with financial, accounting, and controlling areas, proposing solutions in SAP FI/CO.
• Perform configurations (customizing) in the FI and CO modules.
• Provide functional and technical support to users, resolving incidents and promoting improvements.
• Develop and maintain updated functional documentation, technical specifications, and process flows.
• Actively participate in implementation, rollout, update, and continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct functional tests (SIT/UAT) and support the approval process with key users.
• Train users on the functionalities of the FI and CO modules.
• Ensure the correct integration of SAP FI/CO with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Support compliance, audit, and financial governance processes according to internal standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas.
• Proven experience with the SAP FI/CO module in the SAP ECC environment, including configuration and support.
• Solid knowledge of financial, accounting, and controlling processes.
• Knowledge of FI/CO integrations with other modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Familiarity with accounting and tax closing processes, financial statements, and cost analysis.
• Analytical skills and a systemic view of financial processes.
• Good communication, proactivity, teamwork, and results orientation.
• Advanced English.
