Job Description

Capco is seeking a SAP MM Consultant to join their team. The consultant will be responsible for analysis, configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of processes related to the Materials Management (MM) module of SAP. He will work on implementation projects, rollouts, improvements, and support, ensuring that purchasing, inventory management, material movements, and inventory processes adhere to market best practices and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements with users and business areas, proposing solutions that adhere to SAP MM.
• Configuring (customizing) the SAP MM module, adjusting purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory management processes.
• Preparing and maintaining updated functional and technical documentation.
• Providing technical and functional support to users, resolving incidents and implementing improvements.
• Participating in SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects, from solution design to testing and production launch.
• Conducting integrated tests (SIT) and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) with user areas.
• Delivering training and empowering key users in SAP MM processes.
• Collaborating with other SAP modules (FI, SD, PP, WM, among others), ensuring process integration and fluidity.
• Monitoring and implementing market best practices and SAP updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience working with the SAP MM module, including configuration and support.
• Knowledge of key processes: purchasing, materials management, inventory, stock movements, supplier evaluation, among others.
• Experience in SAP implementation and/or rollout projects.
• Knowledge of integration with other modules (FI, SD, PP, WM).
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, with a critical and results-oriented mindset.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English.
