Job Description

Capco is seeking a SAP SD Consultant to implement, maintain, and enhance Sales and Distribution processes within the SAP ECC environment. The consultant will work on implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvements, and support, ensuring the efficiency and integration of sales, billing, distribution, and logistics processes with other system modules. Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements with business areas, proposing appropriate solutions in the SAP SD module.
• Perform customizing in SAP ECC to configure sales, billing, distribution, and logistics processes.
• Provide functional support to users, solving problems, clarifying doubts, and implementing improvements.
• Develop and update functional documentation, process flows, and training manuals.
• Participate in all project phases: requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing (SIT/UAT), implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure integration of the SD module with other modules such as FI, MM, PP, and WM.
• Train key users and end-users in SAP SD functionalities and processes.
• Work in accordance with market best practices and internal company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, or related areas.
• Proven experience with the SAP SD module in the SAP ECC environment, including parameterization and support.
• Solid knowledge of sales cycle processes, billing, pricing, payment terms, delivery management, and distribution.
• Experience in implementation, improvement, or support projects in SAP ECC.
• Knowledge of SD integrations with FI, MM, PP, and WM modules.
• Analytical skills, critical process vision, and focus on solutions.
• Good communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English.
