Spin, FEMSA's business unit, is seeking a Senior Tech Product Analyst to lead the analysis, documentation, and design of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into technical specifications, identify process improvements, and optimize existing products. • Conduct advanced analysis of technical documentation.
• Analyze and document current processes.
• Participate in feature prioritization.
• Translate complex requirements into user stories.
• Mentor junior analysts.
• Facilitate interactions between business and technical areas.
• Participate in validation and functional testing.
• Supervise the implementation of changes.
• Monitor post-implementation performance.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in managing the product lifecycle.
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement.
• Promote an autonomous work culture.
• Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product analysis or related fields.
• Technological educational background.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies.
• Experience with financial products and knowledge of Mexican regulations.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, AWS, Postman, Power BI, SQL).
• Strong skills in functional and technical documentation.
• Advanced critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in product validation and functional testing.
