Vow, a cultured meat company, is seeking a Head of Manufacturing Operations to lead its manufacturing scale-up in Sydney, Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of food by building and scaling the company's operations from raw materials to global logistics. The Head of Manufacturing will partner with the CEO, lead high-performing teams, and ensure seamless scaling of operations to meet ambitious goals. Vow has achieved regulatory approval and commercial production in Singapore, with upcoming launches in Australia and New Zealand. The company is looking for someone to move production from thousands to millions of servings.Role involves:

• Leading operational teams across manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, and logistics.
• Building scalable systems to meet quality, regulatory, and cost goals.
• Delivering Vow’s growth plan by ensuring product is made, shipped, and loved in every market.
• Championing operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with the CEO and executive team on long-term strategy.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or general management.
• 3+ years in executive or senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record scaling complex manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality systems, and operational risk management.
• Success in building and developing strong, empowered teams.
