Bellroy, an Australian-founded global brand, is seeking an Inside Sales Lead to manage corporate gifting clients. The Inside Sales Lead will guide corporate customers from initial contact through delivery, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. They will collaborate with internal teams, refine processes, and guarantee that every branded order leaves a positive impression.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to sales inquiries from businesses.
  • Analyzing inventory availability and proposing alternative product options.
  • Coordinating co-branding and decoration details with third-party partners.
  • Creating mock-ups of company logos on Bellroy products.
  • Collaborating with Production and Logistics teams.
  • Identifying potential improvements in the sales process.
  • Participating in team meetings.
  • Using Copper (Gmail CRM) to track inquiries and manage follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of co-branding decoration methods.
  • Clear and warm communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using and tweaking systems and CRMs.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive working independently in a remote setup.
