Bellroy, an Australian-founded global brand, is seeking an Inside Sales Lead to manage corporate gifting clients. The Inside Sales Lead will guide corporate customers from initial contact through delivery, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. They will collaborate with internal teams, refine processes, and guarantee that every branded order leaves a positive impression.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to sales inquiries from businesses.
- Analyzing inventory availability and proposing alternative product options.
- Coordinating co-branding and decoration details with third-party partners.
- Creating mock-ups of company logos on Bellroy products.
- Collaborating with Production and Logistics teams.
- Identifying potential improvements in the sales process.
- Participating in team meetings.
- Using Copper (Gmail CRM) to track inquiries and manage follow-ups.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service.
- Knowledge of co-branding decoration methods.
- Clear and warm communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in using and tweaking systems and CRMs.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive working independently in a remote setup.
