Job Description
Angi is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations to drive Service Provider growth on the platform. This role involves diving into data, creating business cases, and driving cross-functional change. The Senior Manager will work directly with the Senior Director and SVP of Sales Strategy.
Role involves:
- Owning key strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Steering quantitative and qualitative research efforts.
- Providing regular updates on project progress.
- Developing clear presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Providing thought partnership to Sales Operations and Sales teams.
- Program managing large strategic changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development or operations experience.
- Strong analytical and execution background.
- Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills – proficiency in modeling, basic SQL is a plus.
- First class communication skills.
