Upgrade is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Customer Acquisition to spearhead its direct-to-consumer growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in scaling and optimizing customer acquisition across paid marketing channels and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience in performance marketing, coupled with strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead Upgrade’s direct-to-consumer acquisition strategy.
Own the customer acquisition budget and channel mix.
Build and manage a high-performing team.
Optimize and scale core paid channels.
Develop and expand our strategic partnerships program.
Launch and test emerging channels and growth experiments.
Partner closely with Analytics, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Creative teams.
Develop frameworks for reporting, attribution, and performance analysis.
Stay ahead of industry trends and digital media innovation.
Requirements:
8–12+ years of experience in performance marketing, partnerships, or customer acquisition.
Deep expertise in paid channels and/or affiliate and strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-channel strategy and scale acquisition efforts.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and executive presence.
Experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
A test-and-learn mindset.
