AppDirect is seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the strategy for its billing platform capabilities, focusing on credits and customer balances. The ideal candidate will have experience in a SaaS product company and a deep understanding of billing platforms and pricing engines. They will collaborate across various teams to ensure product-market fit and customer success.

Role involves:
- Driving the vision for AppDirect's billing platform capabilities.
- Championing pricing enhancements to support the billing system and major software partners.
- Working closely with tech leadership on alignment and prioritization.
- Collaborating with engineering, GTM, product marketing, sales, and consulting teams.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through support and account management teams.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in a Product Management role at a SaaS Product Company preferred.
- Understanding and comfort in working in an API-first approach.
- GraphQL experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with a Billing platform highly preferred.
- Strong product sense on B2B and Enterprise software platforms.
- Strong understanding of billing concepts, AR tools and processes.
- Strong familiarity with pricing engines for software, hardware and infrastructure technology products.
