Job Description
Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking an Associate Destination Manager to oversee the health and quality of their product offerings in assigned geographical destinations. This role involves understanding key trends, optimizing product offerings, and growing Viator's presence within the territory. The Associate Destination Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to align on product offerings and maintain a competitive advantage. This is a remote position in California, requiring commuting distance to San Francisco for client meetings and occasional travel to company offices.
Role Involves:
- Ensuring best-in-class product offering for the assigned territory.
- Strategically acquiring new inventory to fill product gaps.
- Establishing, maintaining, and growing key supplier relationships.
- Negotiating favorable commercial terms.
- Monitoring key metrics and taking action where necessary.
- Ensuring key products are consistently available for sale.
- Improving the quality of product offerings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience.
- Travel industry experience is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial & Commercially Driven.
- Focused on growing the business and destination.
- Ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships.
