Principal Software Product Manager

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Principal Software Product Manager to drive cross-functional innovation and execute complex programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership, own project plans, track quality metrics, and foster collaboration across hardware, software, customer, and external partner teams.Role involves:

• Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Executing the product roadmap and ensuring smooth product delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Managing SW product lifecycle processes.
• Understanding clients' technical needs and communicating the value of solutions.
• Defining and tracking goals, priorities, and milestones.
• Monitoring project progress and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 5+ years of experience in Software, Embedded, Semiconductor, or AI industry.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software co-design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience devising metrics, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations.
