Portfolio Revenue Manager

Job Description

Kasa is seeking a Portfolio Revenue Manager to optimize revenue and profitability across its portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties. The role involves leading a small team, collaborating with various departments, and fostering relationships with property partners.Kasa is the leading tech-enabled hotel and apartment hotel brand and manager. Kasa has built a hospitality operating system that fundamentally improves the profitability of hospitality assets while delivering a high quality, digitally forward experience to guests.Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of properties and optimize revenue.
• Actively monitor and adjust pricing across portfolio markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve the bottom line for property owner partners.
• Conduct recurring revenue performance reviews for executives.
• Implement innovative pricing strategies and identify ancillary revenue opportunities.
• Produce top-line forecasting and budgeting reports.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a yield or revenue management role.
• Strong familiarity with hotel and/or vacation rental yield management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Technologically savvy.
• Analytical and data-driven.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online booking channels.
