Altera Digital Health is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead and optimize its network infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the performance and reliability of Altera Digital Health's network systems, supporting caregivers worldwide through cutting-edge digital solutions.

The Network Operations Manager will lead a team of network engineers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of network systems, and a proven track record of managing complex network issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of Network engineers.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to define Network operational strategies.
• Overseeing the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Network systems.
• Leading incident response efforts and ensuring timely resolution of Network issues.
• Managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing the Network operations budget.
• Driving initiatives aimed at Network optimization and performance enhancement.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements include:

• Demonstrated leadership ability and 4+ years’ experience in a management position within Network Engineering & Operations.
• In-depth knowledge and working experience with Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs.
• Experience with Cisco routing switching and Multi-Vendor Environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Wireshark packet captures and various Network Authentication protocols.
• Strong technical background in Network systems, including hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Palo Alto firewalls, Azure Networking, Azure firewalls.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is highly desirable.
