Job Description
Ada is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead mid-market and enterprise customers through the onboarding and implementation journey of Ada's AI customer service platform. The consultant will serve as a technical partner and strategic advisor, helping clients design scalable solutions and integrate the platform into their ecosystem. This role involves building logic-based workflows, configuring Generative AI, implementing integrations, and enabling clients to manage the platform post-launch. The consultant will collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Role involves:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of client implementations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and technical environment.
- Providing strategic guidance and best practices on leveraging Ada.
- Designing and configuring logic-based workflows within Ada’s platform.
- Implementing integrations with client systems.
- Testing and refining GenAI responses.
- Coordinating with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Providing training and supporting documentation.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, professional services, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of APIs.
- Understanding of SaaS ecosystems and experience integrating tools like Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of logic-based workflows.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and solving complex problems.
