ExtraHop is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Melbourne to drive revenue growth through direct sales and partnerships. The role focuses on identifying and developing opportunities within the assigned region, requiring in-depth knowledge of ExtraHop's products, technologies, and industry trends.

The Regional Sales Manager will report to ExtraHop's Sales team, playing a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the security market. This person will work with smart, hardworking people who are committed to building a next-generation systems company in the security space.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Identifying prospects through cold calls, lead follow-up, and meetings.
  • Presenting and demonstrating ExtraHop products to customers.
  • Developing strategic sales account plans.
  • Working with resellers to grow business in assigned territory.
  • Preparing and maintaining sales forecasts.
  • Networking within customer and related organizations.

Requirements include:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of technology sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • 2+ years of cybersecurity or complex SaaS solutions sales experience.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen to articulate ExtraHop's value proposition.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies.
  • Strong independent work ethic and experience working in a startup culture.
