Stake is seeking an Admin Assistant to support the Financial, Administrative, and Marketing departments in their Bogotá office. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks, invoice processing, and office management to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.Stake values collaboration and community, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone contributes to collective success. Role Involves: - Providing general administrative support.
- Processing and verifying invoices.
- Supporting and responding to Jira tickets.
- Assisting with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Assisting with expense tracking.
- Liaising with service providers and vendors.
- Overseeing office pantry management.
- Supporting design requests and monitoring the design process.
- Supporting the process of identifying and contacting potential affiliates.
- Assisting in campaign and event planning and execution.
- Maintaining communication with vendors and partners.
- Collaborating in writing and editing copy for promotional materials.
- Assisting in drafting terms and conditions for promotions.
- Providing back-up support for office reception.
Requirements: - Intermediate English level.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Jira workflow management is a plus.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
