Remote is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, focusing on both backend and frontend development. This role involves spending 30% of the time on management tasks and actively participating in product development. The Engineering Team Leader will be involved in hiring and onboarding processes, manage team dynamics, and provide continuous feedback. • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend).
