Job Description
Armis, a cyber exposure management and security company, is seeking a Regional Partner Manager for North America. This is a remote position in the Midwest region, responsible for all partner activities in the assigned region and managing a small set of Regional Focus Partners. This role is newly created due to expansion after a record-breaking year of growth at Armis.

The role involves:
  • Creating and implementing a strategic territory plan aligned with the Sales GTM.
  • Partner lead generation through account mapping, AE introductions, and joint marketing events.
  • Partner sales, including AE alignment, deal registration, and opportunity management.
  • Partner marketing, including managing MDF and events, and following up on leads.
  • Partner enablement through scheduling sessions and driving completion of online courses.
  • Managing business plans and ensuring understanding of the Partner Program.
  • Engaging with Strategic, Distribution, and CSP Partners.
  • Working with the Services Team to ensure appropriate Managed or Implementation Services Partner assignment.
  • Educating the field on Partners, Program, Process, and how to engage with Partners.

The requirements are:
  • Experienced partner sales professional with creativity and determination.
  • Understanding of and relationships with leading Cyber Resellers, Technology Providers, GSI, and CSPs.
  • Minimum 8+ years of prior channel sales experience.
  • Previous experience designing Partner Business / Channel Sales and Marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker with knowledge of the Cyber Security space.
  • Ability to sell complex Solutions with Services.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability.
