Job Description
Octagon, a global sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing company, is seeking a Hospitality Manager to plan and execute event and experiential marketing programs. This role involves working with a team to provide high-touch hospitality experiences to brand clients and their guests.
The role involves: - Project managing multiple hospitality programs simultaneously.
- Designing and presenting strategic program recommendations.
- Managing financial records, including budget creation and client invoicing.
- Providing exemplary service onsite for clients and guests.
- Leading online guest registration systems and databases.
- Handling logistics such as gifting, decor, lodging, and transportation.
The ideal candidate should have: - 5+ years of experience in a related events field, with hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and solve problems creatively.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, and work weekends/holidays as needed.
