Job Description
Creditas, a leading financial services platform in Latin America, is seeking a Legal Analyst for Guarantee Management. This role involves supporting strategic delinquency management and legal actions in collaboration with external firms. The analyst will monitor legal performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Role Involves:
- Supporting internal advisors and consultancies.
- Identifying and addressing offenders in the recovery funnel.
- Monitoring performance projections against established goals.
- Conducting weekly visits to strategic units or partners.
- Identifying recurring or critical issues to propose team training.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or Judicial Services.
- Knowledge of extrajudicial collection indicators is a plus.
- Experience in the search and seizure process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and a drive for continuous process improvement.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work in a hybrid format at the Morumbi office in São Paulo/São Paulo.
