Job Description
Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Lead Piercer to be the heart of their Piercing Studio. This role involves elevating customer service, boosting profitability, and creating a welcoming environment. The Lead Piercer will work with cutting-edge studios and high-quality gems, understanding initial piercings and allowable alloys, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing the piercing customer journey from start to finish.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
- Managing inventory and communicating needs to the Store Services team.
- Providing expertise in styling and suggesting products for piercing clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with needle piercing.
- Experience working with internally threaded 2-piece piercing jewelry.
- Up-to-date First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
- Experience working with autoclaves.
- Understanding of local market piercing law requirements.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
