Job Description
Xometry is seeking a Staff Salesforce Engineer to join their team and build solutions that leverage real-time data, AI predictive models, and data ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders to accelerate the innovation of the global manufacturing marketplace.Responsibilities:- Using knowledge of SFDC integration architecture and third-party integration tools to enrich data on the SFDC platform and external systems.
- Guiding the organization in decisions between build vs buy and declarative vs programmatic techniques.
- Writing high-quality code, performing code reviews, and mentoring team members in SFDC best practices.
- Working on big projects, breaking them down, and solving tricky problems.
- Collaborating with developers, administrators, and product owners to drive business growth.
- Experience leveraging SFDC APIs to consume external APIs and for external systems consumption.
- 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Experience writing applications in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience working with AWS or an equivalent cloud provider.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, II, and Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Mastery of Apex and experience building Lightning Web Components projects in a production environment.
- Experience implementing and deploying Salesforce code with SDLC, code review, testing, and multi-environment management.
- Experience with Salesforce native and third-party developer tools.
- Experience guiding a team when to use Salesforce declaratively or programmatically.
- Must be a US citizen, green card holder, or a legal permanent resident of the United States.
- More experience with JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience integrating external apps into Salesforce using Lightning Containers or Canvas.
- Experience with Agile software methods.
- Knowledge of SQL and data investigation in data warehouses.
- Extra Salesforce certifications.
