Full Time Floor Leader - Mall at Bay Plaza

Job Description

Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their store located in the Mall at Bay Plaza in the Bronx, New York. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in various areas, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve their goals, foster a positive work environment, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and exceeding goals
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
