Full Time Floor Leader - Scarborough Town Centre

Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their Scarborough Town Centre location. This role involves supporting the Store Management Team in various aspects of the business, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

The Floor Leader will spend their day on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals. They will foster a positive work environment, driving sales and building a loyal customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
