Job Description
The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a Global Director of Sponsorship to join their Global Partnerships team. This role involves managing and executing League sponsorship deals and relationships. The Global Director will lead a team in managing day-to-day relationships with League partners, including activations, strategy, planning, and creative efforts. They will collaborate across departments to support partner initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with 5-10 NFL Global partners, overseeing strategic planning and activation programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Events, Community Relations, etc.) to align partner programs.
  • Lead Managers and Coordinators working across partner verticals.
  • Support the Sponsorship Vice President on renewals and lead the overall renewal process.
  • Act as the on-site activation lead at NFL events.
  • Serve as a project manager for partner deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sports or with an agency
  • Proven management experience
  • Sports Sponsorship background (preferred)
  • Experience working on global partnerships (preferred)
  • League or Club experience (preferred)
  • Client management experience (preferred)
  • Sales/Revenue generation (preferred)

The NFL offers:
  • A salary between $140,000 - $170,000 USD
