Job Description
Clipboard Health is seeking an Onboarding Expert to help healthcare professionals get started on their platform. The Onboarding Expert will be the first point of contact for new professionals, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they feel supported and ready to take their first shift. This is a fully remote position.
What This Role Involves:
- Making approximately 75 outbound welcome calls daily to new professionals.
- Hosting approximately 7 15-minute onboarding consultations.
- Sending follow-up emails and texts to answer questions.
- Responding to inbound messages and support tickets.
- Maintaining clear documentation of all interactions.
Requirements:
- Enjoy talking to people and helping them succeed.
- Comfortable making calls and building rapport quickly.
- Speak and write English clearly and professionally.
- Organized and able to follow through on tasks.
- Curious, resourceful, and always looking for the root cause of a problem.
- Quick with tools and not afraid to learn new systems.
- Reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection.
- Wired headset for clear communication.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Stable power and internet connectivity.
