Job Description
NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. With over 20 years of experience, NEORIS partners with major global companies, fostering a multicultural startup environment that values innovation and continuous learning. This role involves working with varied stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop functional and non-functional specifications, and transform business rules into pseudo code. The Business Analyst will also write user stories, model processes, and create technical documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements with various stakeholders.
  • Developing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Transforming business rules into pseudo code.
  • Writing complete user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Modeling processes and data flows, suggesting improvements.
  • Creating technical documentation from scratch.
  • Supporting Product Owners and technical teams in estimations and planning.
  • Managing backlog and supporting the development of roadmaps.

Requirements:
  • Analytical profile with a focus on details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Practical experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
  • Technical background: databases, SQL.
  • Experience in data migration and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced English for conversation.
