Job Description
Rimes, a provider of enterprise data management solutions, is seeking an Associate Performance Analyst to join their team in Cyprus. This role involves using problem-solving skills and a background in mathematics to research complex issues related to benchmark calculations across various financial asset types. The Performance Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining data quality and supporting the RIMES Global Support team.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining benchmark/fund validation checks.
- Monitoring data quality checks and investigating failures to determine root causes.
- Collaborating with data suppliers and internal departments.
- Running qualification analyses on feeds from new data providers.
- Serving as an escalation point for calculation methodologies and data anomalies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics-related field.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and efficient at multitasking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize effectively.
- Interest in learning new technology.
- Attentive to detail with creative thinking.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
