Job Description
DLH Corp is seeking a Training and Process Improvement Training Coordinator to develop and implement an enterprise-level training program for its Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP). This role is crucial for building a cohesive work environment and ensuring efficient team operations. The coordinator will lead the documentation of findings and root causes after new events, ensuring administrative reviews encompass relevant processes, policies, and training.- Creating and maintaining documentation for an enterprise-level training program.
- Identifying and implementing an architecture to track and communicate training endeavors.
- Developing unique and sustainable training programs for each domain and team.
- Creating a comprehensive onboarding process for new team members.
- Working with the Principal Staff Officer to create a periodic self-assessment process.
- Implementing steps to install new training programs as the team expands.
- Creating and hosting tabletop exercises to test the functions of various domains.
- Scheduling and hosting training events to expand the knowledge of CSSP members.
- Building training resources for members to gather knowledge on specific tools.
- Investigating new events and documenting process improvements and best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and five years of relevant experience or at least 8 years of relevant experience
- At least five years of experience in technical training program strategy, operations and implementation
- At least one year of experience in a Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) environment or Information Technology
- Active Secret Clearance
