FreshBooks is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Specialist to join its award-winning Support team. This remote position, based in Mexico, involves providing phone and email support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring extraordinary customer experiences. The Support Specialist will work one of the scheduled shifts between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, which primarily includes weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer support inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various support channels.
  • Help customers with product workflows and investigate issues.

Role Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
  • Empathy and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions daily.
  • Technical aptitude and a love for learning.
