Job Description
interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, is seeking a Customer Success Manager. This role is based in the San Jose/San Francisco Bay Area. The Customer Success Manager will manage the full customer lifecycle, from implementation to renewals and upsells, ensuring customers achieve their goals using interface.ai's solutions. They will collaborate with Technical Account Managers, product teams, and support to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Role involves:
  • Acting as a strategic partner to customers.
  • Supporting implementation efforts.
  • Identifying opportunities for proactive support and product adoption.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for escalations.
  • Owning renewal discussions and collaborating on upsell strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Advocating for customer needs internally.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience at a SaaS or technology company supporting SMB banks/credit unions (preferred).
  • Experience working for an SMB bank/credit union managing customer support/operations (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • High degree of ownership, customer empathy, and a proactive mindset.
  • Based in the Bay Area with ability to work from our San Jose office regularly
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity
